My name is Cynthia Benoit. As an athlete and trainer, I found that my colleagues and clients had little time to cook and had difficulty finding sugary snacks that respected their food plan.
I founded ADN nutrition with the belief that I could help people on a daily basis with their health goals. That's why I started a quest to create healthy snacks without compromising taste.
